Check-in struggles due to unprepared room!!! A broken socket near the TV!!! The sliding toilet door is concerning!!! Heating issues made the first night uncomfortable!!! Consider improving backdoor security for guest peace of mind!!!

Loved the comfy bed, but parking was a hassle during my stay.

Everything was perfect and comfy, just like home! The rooms were huge with all the amenities you'd need. Cleanliness was top-notch, and I especially loved the coffee and tea provided.

The kitchen was well-equipped, which made meal prep a breeze, and the cozy vibe in the common areas was a nice touch. I really appreciated the clean and spacious rooms that offered a refreshing atmosphere after a long day.

Parking was a hassle since only one spot is available, and I had to scrounge around for street parking during my stay. The bathrooms were shared with multiple rooms, which I didn't expect, and I noticed some power sockets were out of order. The sliding toilet door felt a bit off, and there were noticeable heating issues that made the first night a little uncomfortable. you could hear footsteps from others moving around the house, which might disturb light sleepers.

The clean and spacious rooms created a lovely atmosphere, and I appreciated the quick response from Jay when we needed assistance. The quiet neighborhood was perfect for a restful stay.

Communication with the owner was prompt and clear throughout our 5-night stay. The room was meticulously clean, with comfortable beds that ensured quality sleep. We appreciated the kitchen's sufficient equipment which made meal preparation convenient. During our stay, we found the neighborhood peaceful despite being near an airport.

The noise from planes during the day could be noticeable.

Upon arrival, the room was chilly due to a heating issue that took a while to resolve, as I had to locate the thermostat at the foot of the stairs. The sliding toilet door was also unsettling, and it would be advisable to address this. the room's cleanliness was outstanding, and the cozy environment made for a pleasant atmosphere. The kitchen was adequately equipped, and the scones provided were a delightful touch during my meals.

We had a wonderful stay at Star Homes! The bed was super comfy, and the room was impeccably clean. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. We loved having multiple shared bathrooms, which were always tidy and accessible. Plus, the location was perfect for our sightseeing adventures!

Perfect location and comfy beds!

Just spent a couple of nights here. The walk to Excel was pretty chill, around 15 mins. Really enjoyed the cozy vibe and chatty atmosphere in the kitchen. The only bummer was that the Wi-Fi was kinda slow at times, but overall a nice stay.

i had a wonderful stay at star homes! the cleanliness was exceptional, and i loved the comfortable bed in my room. it was the perfect spot for my event at excel london, exceeding my expectations.
